What is the minimum order for corporate catering?

Our absolute minimum order value is $150.00 before tax and delivery fees.

  • For Packages: The minimum is one package, which starts at 15 servings
         (e.g., the Bronze Tier is $299.85).
  • For A La Carte Trays: The minimum order value of $150.00 applies.

This minimum ensures we can provide reliable, high-quality delivery service and is necessary for us to dispatch dedicated logistics.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all corporate catering orders. This lead time allows us to procure the freshest ingredients and ensure perfect execution for your event.
Can I customize a package?
Our Bronze, Executive, and VIP packages are fixed to guarantee quality and consistency.
However, you can use our A La Carte Trays to add flexibility, allowing you to supplement packages or build custom menus (e.g., adding extra Heritage Stewed Tomato Rice or Emerald Leaf Efo Stew ).
What days and times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday through Friday, aligning with corporate work hours. Our delivery window is generally 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Our courier will call when they arrive at your building (security desk/loading dock).
What areas do you service?
We focus exclusively on the Atlanta business corridor, including Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs and Brookhaven. If your location is slightly outside this core zone, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm delivery availability.
What is your policy on setup and equipment?

Our standard service is professional drop-off catering. The equipment provided depends on your order:

Bronze & Executive Packages: These are delivered ready to serve in high-quality disposable trays.

You can add a Disposable Chafing Dish Setup (stand, water pan, and fuel) as an optional add-on during checkout.

VIP Package: This package automatically includes a Deluxe Chafing Dish Service (disposable setup included) to ensure a premium presentation.

A La Carte: Disposable serving trays are included for all A La Carte orders.

Professional Server Service: If you purchase the Professional Server (Labor) add-on, your fee covers the setup, maintenance, and retrieval of equipment. Your order will automatically be delivered and set up using our Premium Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes and Serving Utensils to ensure the highest level of presentation. The server will handle all setup and equipment retrieval.

We offer a Professional Server Service as a high-value add-on available with any package or A La Carte order. This service is ideal for events requiring seamless setup and presentation.

  • Premium Presentation: Purchasing this service automatically upgrades your equipment to our Premium Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes and Serving Utensils at no extra charge.
  • Labor Minimum: The server service requires a minimum purchase of a 4-hour block per server (Quantity 1 in the cart).
  • Service Provided: The server handles delivery, complete setup, managing the buffet line, and packaging leftovers. The server is also responsible for retrieving all stainless steel equipment at the end of their shift. For events longer than 4 hours, please select the 8-Hour Block option when adding the server service to your cart.
  • Booking: You can add the Professional Server (Labor) product to your cart alongside your food order.
Can I pick up my order?
No. As a dedicated Service Area Business (SAB), we operate exclusively as a delivery service and do not maintain a retail storefront. All corporate packages and A La Carte orders are prepared in our licensed commercial kitchen and delivered directly to your office within the defined delivery window (M-F, 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
How are meals packaged?

All food is prepared and packaged professionally in catering trays (either Half Tray, serving 15, or Full Tray, serving 30).

  • Drop-Off Service: Food is delivered in high-quality disposable aluminum trays with securely fitted lids, ready for immediate transfer to a buffet line.
  • Professional Server Service: Food is delivered and set up directly in our Premium Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes and serving utensils.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes, we can accommodate vegetarian and vegan requirements, although our packages are generally meat-focused.

  • Standard Compliance: Many of our signature side dishes, such as the Emerald Leaf Efo Stew (Spinach) and Savanna Black-Eyed Pea Hash, are naturally compliant. Please note minor needs (e.g., specific allergies) in the "Special Instructions" field at checkout.
  • Special Requests / Custom Orders: For complex dietary requirements, custom vegetarian/vegan menus, or large-scale special orders, please contact our catering team directly via email or phone prior to placing your order. This ensures we can confirm availability, finalize substitutions, and prepare a custom quote to meet your specific needs.
Is there a delivery or handling fee?

Yes. To ensure the reliability and professionalism required for corporate catering, we apply a fulfillment fee based on the complexity and distance of your order:

  • Delivery Fee: We charge a $40.00 flat delivery fee for corporate orders within a 10-mile radius of our commercial kitchen. This covers the cost of securing our dedicated, professional courier service and includes basic setup upon delivery.
  • Handling Fee: There are no separate "handling fees" for standard drop-off service.
  • Service/Setup Fee: A mandatory service/setup fee will be applied only if you purchase the Professional Server (Labor) add-on. This covers the cost of equipment setup, management of the buffet line, and equipment retrieval.
